This policy explains what World Billionaires Day collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Newsletter subscriptions — the email address you give us, used to send the newsletter you asked for and nothing else.
• Messages you send us — the name, email address and message submitted through the contact form, used to reply to you.
• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, collected in aggregate to understand what readers find useful.

We do not ask for, and have no reason to hold, payment card details or government identifiers.

Why we may process it

We rely on your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time, and on legitimate interest for basic analytics and for replying to enquiries you send us.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Vercel, its data stored with Supabase, and email delivered through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue.

People we write about

Profiles on this site are compiled from published sources and cover public figures in a matter of public interest. If you are featured and believe something is inaccurate, tell us through the contact page and we will review it — see our editorial standards.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
